Refunds and cancellation
Short version: try it free first, cancel any time, and we will not keep money for work we have not done.

1. Free trial
The 30-day trial needs no card, so there is nothing to refund if you stop.
2. Monthly plans
Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. Partial months are not refunded.
3. Annual plans
If you cancel within 14 days of an annual payment, we refund the unused months at the monthly rate. After that, the plan runs to the end of the year and is not renewed.
4. Managed website setup fee
Cancel within 14 days of paying and before the design draft is delivered: full refund. After the draft: we keep a share for the work done and refund the rest. After launch: not refundable.
5. Consumer law
Any rights you have under the consumer law of your country (including cooling-off rights where they apply) are not reduced by this policy.
6. How to ask
Use the contact form with "Pricing question" and your account email. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 10 business days.
