GetFoodTruckPOS is a flat monthly fee per plan, with three POS plans: Cart for one device, Truck for a busy truck with up to 3 devices, and Fleet for up to 3 trucks plus a commissary. Prices are set in USD, AED and PKR for each market and shown on this page. There is no setup fee on POS plans and we take 0% of card sales.

Yes, there is a 30-day free trial and you do not need a card to start. That is long enough to run real services, an event weekend and a few close-outs before deciding. Your menu, customers and reports stay in place if you choose a plan afterward. If you do not, the trial simply ends and you are not charged.

Yes, annual billing saves 20% compared with paying monthly. Prices on the page show the monthly equivalent when billed yearly, so you can compare like for like. Annual suits trucks that run all year. If your trade is seasonal, month to month lets you pause your spend in the quiet months without losing the discount on a contract you do not have.

It depends on your market. In the USA, prices are shown before sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies. In the UAE, prices include 5% VAT, so what you see is what you pay. In Pakistan, prices are shown plus applicable sales tax. Your currency and tax treatment follow the country you pick on this page.

Yes. There is no contract on any POS plan; you pay month to month, or yearly if you choose annual billing, and you can cancel from your account. After cancelling, you can still export your data for 30 days, including sales, customers and menu. There is no cancellation fee. The /terms/ page has the full wording.

No. We add no processing markup and take 0% of card sales, because we do not process cards. You use your own processor and pay them directly at whatever rate you have agreed. Our only charge is the flat plan fee. That makes your POS cost predictable even on your busiest weekend, and lets you change processors whenever you find a better rate.

The Fleet plan covers up to 3 trucks plus a commissary, and each extra truck beyond that is a flat add-on price per month, shown on this page for your market. Each added truck gets its own location, menu and prices, and joins your central reports. If you have two trucks, Fleet usually makes more sense than two separate Truck plans because it includes stock transfers.

Not on the POS plans. The only setup fee we charge is on the managed website, because we design and build that site for you, and it is waived in the Full Rig bundle. If you cancel the managed website before launch, the setup fee is refundable within 14 days. Everything else is a plain monthly or yearly fee.

Choose Cart if one person sells from one device and you just want sales and close-outs. Choose Truck if you have a runner or second screen, or want stock, loyalty and staff PINs. Choose Fleet for two or more trucks fed by a commissary. Add the managed website or go Full Rig if you want a proper site and catering follow-up. You can change plans later.

Yes. You can move up or down between Cart, Truck and Fleet as your business changes, and your menu, sales history and customers stay where they are. Many owners start on Cart, move to Truck when they hire a runner and switch to Fleet with a second truck. If you are unsure, start the free trial and ask us which fits.
