Data requests

1. What you can ask

• Access: a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: fix something wrong.
• Deletion: erase your data, subject to legal keeping duties.
• Portability: your data in a common format.
• Opt out of sale or sharing: we do not sell or share personal data, but you can record the request.
• Merchants: export or delete your business data from the app yourself at any time.

2. How we verify

We reply to the email you give and may ask you to confirm details we already hold. An authorised agent can act for you with written permission.

3. How long it takes

We acknowledge within 10 days and answer within 45 days (California) or 30 days (most other cases), and tell you if we need more time.

4. Asking about a truck’s customer records

If a food truck that uses our software holds your details (for loyalty, for example), ask that truck first; they control that data. We will help them answer.
