Ways to bring regulars back
Reward points
Earn on every order, redeem as a discount. Rules are yours: amount per point, minimum to redeem, expiry.
Customer list
Name and phone at the window, purchase history behind it.
Group prices
A staff price, a student price, a corporate lunch price, set once.
Text when you post
With the Full Rig bundle’s marketing snapshot, regulars who opted in hear where you are.
Review requests
Bundle automations ask happy customers for a review after a catering job.
What owners say they want from loyalty
These are sample reviews written to show the kind of feedback we design for. They are not from real customers yet, and every card says so. Real reviews replace them once trucks are using the software.
Sample review
Tacos, quesadillas, aguas frescas: three taps and it's rung. The line at the brewery moves faster than my cook.

I see both trucks on one report and move buns from the commissary without a text thread.

I post where I'm parked from the same phone I sell on. Regulars stopped asking in the comments.

Respect the regulars' data
Ask before you add a phone number, say what it's for, and only text people who opted in. In the USA, text marketing has consent rules (TCPA); in the UAE and Pakistan, data protection laws apply too. Our security page explains where customer data is stored and how to delete it on request.
Loyalty questions
Turn on reward points and choose how many points a sale earns and what they are worth when redeemed. Add the customer to the sale by name or phone, and points build up automatically. Keep the rule simple enough to explain at the window in one sentence. Loyalty points and the customer list come with the Truck and Fleet plans.
No. Points are tied to the customer's record in your POS, so you look them up by name or phone at the window. Nothing to download and no plastic card to lose. That keeps signing up quick enough to do while the order cooks. Ask permission before saving a phone number, and tell customers how you will use it.
Yes. The customer list shows everyone you have added, with their purchases and points, so you can see who comes back most and what they order. That helps you spot regulars worth thanking and notice when one stops coming. Export the list if you want to use it elsewhere, and keep it to people who agreed to be on it.
Yes. Customer groups let you set group prices, such as staff meals, a nearby office that orders every week or a partner brewery's team. Add the customer to the group and their prices apply when they are on the sale. It saves applying a manual discount each time and keeps your discount reports honest.
Birthday and follow-up texts come with the Full Rig bundle, which includes a GoHighLevel snapshot for SMS follow-up and review requests. The POS plans on their own keep the customer list and points but do not send texts. If you want regulars to get a message on their birthday or after a catering job, see /bundle/ for what the snapshot sets up.
Your customer list belongs to you and is used to run your business, not sold or shared for advertising. Only staff with the right role can see it. Collect only what you need, usually a name and phone, ask before saving it, and delete records when a customer asks. Local rules differ, so check yours. See /privacy/ and /security/ for how we handle data.
Ask once, at the moment of paying, with a simple offer: 'Want points? Just your number.' A small sign on the hatch helps, and so does a reward people can reach in a few visits. Never slow the line for it; if there is a queue, offer it next time. Regulars at offices and breweries sign up most, since they come back weekly.
Yes. On the Fleet plan, customers and points are shared across your trucks, so a regular who earns at one truck can redeem at another. Reports still split by location, so you can see where points are earned and spent. That makes loyalty feel like one brand rather than several trucks with separate punch cards.
Yes. Each customer's record shows their purchase history, so you can see what your regulars order and how often. Use it to bring back an item they miss, offer a group price to an office that orders every Friday, or plan a special. It works best when staff add the customer to sales consistently, so make it part of the routine.
