Three places language matters

The screen

Each login has its own language. Your Urdu-speaking cook and your English-speaking cashier share one register.

The receipt

Print or share receipts in the shop's language, with bilingual layouts for Arabic and English in the UAE.

The store

Your online store and today's spot post follow the language you set, including right-to-left.

Right-to-left, done properly

Arabic and Urdu are not English flipped. Menus, numbers, prices and buttons need a mirrored layout, with numbers and brand names kept readable. Urdu also needs a Nastaliq-style font to look right. This website does the same: try the العربية or اردو pages.

Menu item names are yours to write in any language, and you can keep two (for example, Arabic with English underneath).

This website in your language

The home, pricing and contact pages are written natively in each language; the rest of the site is English for now.

Language questions

The interface runs in English, Arabic, Urdu, Spanish and many more languages. Each staff member can use the language they read fastest, so your cook can work the screen in Urdu while you check reports in English. Menu item names can also be entered in more than one language. Our marketing site itself is in English, Arabic, Urdu and Spanish.

Yes. When the interface is set to Arabic or Urdu, the layout flips to right to left: menus, buttons, tables and reports all read the natural way. Numbers and prices still display clearly. Receipts in Arabic or Urdu also print right to left. If something in your setup looks wrong in RTL, tell support and we will look at it, because a confusing screen during a rush costs sales.

Yes. Receipts can print or be shared in English, Arabic, Urdu or Spanish, and Arabic and Urdu print right to left. Some owners print two languages, such as English and Arabic, so both customers and inspectors can read them. Check that your thermal printer supports the script you need before you buy, because a few cheap models only handle Latin characters well.

Yes. The online store generated from your menu can show in the languages you choose, including Arabic and Urdu right to left. Item names and descriptions use the translations you enter, so a Dubai truck can show the same menu in English and Arabic. Today's spot post shows in the store as well, so customers read where you are parked in their language.

Yes. Translations are editable, so if a label sounds stiff or a local word fits your crew better, you can change it. This is handy for Urdu and Arabic, where kitchen slang often beats the formal word. Changes apply to the whole business. Keep a note of what you changed so new staff are not confused when they watch a tutorial that uses the default wording.

Yes. Language is a user setting, not only a business setting. One cashier can ring sales in Spanish while the owner reads the end-of-day report in English, and both see the same sales. This is common in US trucks with bilingual crews and in UAE trucks with staff from several countries. Receipts follow the language you set for receipts, not the cashier's screen.

Many more languages are available beyond the four we highlight, and translations can be edited or added by hand. If your language is missing or the translation is weak, contact us through /contact/. We cannot promise a full professional translation for every language, but we will tell you what exists and how much you can edit yourself before you start the trial.

Yes. You can enter item names and descriptions in more than one language. The register, the receipt and the online store then show the right version for the language in use. A Lahore cart might list Chicken Tikka Roll and the Urdu name side by side. Short names fit the quick menu buttons best, so keep the button label brief and put detail in the description.

Our support team answers in English, Arabic, Urdu and Spanish. You can reach us by the contact form and email, and in the UAE and Pakistan by WhatsApp once those lines are published. We aim to reply within one business day in your market's working hours. Help articles under /help/ start in English, with translations added over time.
